MANISYSTEMS

About

A technology company, not an agency

Mani Systems builds custom software, business systems, analytics, automation, and practical AI for businesses that need systems built around how they work.

We work on the parts of a business that are genuinely technical: the systems that need to be built rather than configured, the automation that is worth doing properly, and the data that should drive a decision instead of a guess.

The approach is technology-first. We start from the problem, decide what the right architecture is, and build it to be maintained — not to be abandoned the year after launch.

Most work sits across more than one practice area. An AI feature still needs an application around it, a data model behind it, and a workflow that makes it useful on a Tuesday morning rather than only in a demo.

We would rather build a small number of things properly than a large number of things approximately.

Abdul Rehman founded Mani Systems to build practical AI-powered software and custom platforms for businesses — the software, the automation around it, and the data underneath both.

Process

How an engagement runs

The same four steps on every project, whatever the scope.

  1. Understand

Understand the business problem and requirements before writing any code.

  2. Design

Define the product, architecture, and user experience so the build has a target.

  3. Build

Develop, integrate, test, and refine the solution in working increments.

  4. Deploy

Launch, monitor, and improve as real usage reveals what matters.
